One of the key arguments was that without nationwide injunctions in cases like this, individuals without the resources to hire legal representation are left at a severe disadvantage when defending their constitutional rights.
I’m overwhelmed with disgust. With each ruling, it becomes more apparent that our Supreme Court is failing in its duty to ensure that each branch of government respects the limits of its power.
This was a disgrace to the United States of America! There is no way in hell most people can afford to bring these individual cases to trial. It’s bullshit that they ruled this way and now we know which ones were paid off by Trump!
